A practice that is good for me is eating. You put me food in front and imma eat all of it. Im lazy that’s why I don’t do anything that will benefit me. Although this would improve with my health I don’t tend to do it. Looking at it I have to take it in consideration. I wanna have a fir body that is not just skinny but is lean with muscle. Id have to set a goal to reach my vision. I would also have to work hard & put effort into it
